Deepavali @ Trinity Central School
The festival of lights had spread sunshine on the faces of little one’s in
the Trinity School campus on 8th of november. The celebration began at 1
p.m. with a colorful display of Rangoli by the students in front of the
school entrance. Then the beautiful hymn “This little guiding light of mine”
was sung by the children to depict the shining lights in their lives. Every
child was shining with colorful dress catching the lighted crackers and
dancing to the tunes of music. The day was inaugurated by lighting the
flower pot crackers and ended with bursting of rockets. Every child had this
unique experience of catching the shining lights and running around with awe
and wonder. Lots of sweets were sent by the parents to distribute to the
children. The celebration of lights ended at 3.30 p.m. by serving the sweet
payasam to all the children.
