EID & TEACHER'S DAY CELEBRATIONS
EID CELEBRATIONS:
The Trinity family celebrates every festival with pride
and joy, for it is believed that a nation that
celebrates together, thrives (progresses) together.
Keeping with the same spirit, Trinitarians commemorated
Eid-ul-Milad (i.e. birthday of Prophet Mohammed (Peace
be upon Him)) on September 4th 2025, spearheaded by the
students and class teachers of LKG, Grade 1 and Grade 5.
The programme started with a brief introduction and
welcome by Adeena and Araiz, of Grade 5 respectively,
which was followed by a prayer song, 'More love, more
power', by the students of Grade 5. Ms Hiba of Grade 4,
then presented a wonderful rendition of a song, in
praise of Prophet Muhammed (P.B.U.H). Following the
song, the children was of LKG presented a lovely dance.
Anchored by Pranel of Grade 1, next up was a speech
highlighting on the importance of the day - which was
eloquently conveyed by Apeksha, Shawnell, Nivedh, Ahanna
and Pradyumna - students of Grade 1. A soulful qawwali
by the students of Grades 6,7 and 8 was a delight to the
ears. Ayman of Grade 7, presented a poetic 'shayari'
which was like a cherry atop the celebrations, as he
weaved artful verses into beautiful emotions.
In his address to the students, the Principal Rev Fr
Dominic Sunil Lobo extended his best wishes to all the
children celebrating the pious festival and also
reiterated on the fact that, at Trinity, we believe in
unity and harmony amongst all, and to be respectful, and
share the joys of every festival with kindness and joy.
Sharvil of Grade 1, expressed the words of gratitude.
The event was co-anchored by Aairah, Shiza, Haniya and
Eshan. Celebratory lunch was served to all students.
TEACHER'S DAY CELEBRATIONS
Acknowledged as one of the noblest of professions, and
sobriqueted as the 'Mother of all professions', teaching
is an art that is as detailed as a Van Gogh's painting.
Traditionally commemorated on September 5th, the
celebrations at Trinity took place on the September 4th.
Compered by Ryan Dsouza of Grade 10, the programme
started with a speech by Shravan Prabhu enlightening the
importance of 'Teacher's Day'. Next, Loyal and
Kimberley, students of Grade 10 shared their
experiences.
The PTA members had arranged a delectable lunch for all
the teaching, office, ancillary, transport and ancillary
staff of the school.
