Trinity Central School hosts AICS Inter-School Handball Tournament
Udupi, January 25, 2025: Trinity Central
School, Perampalli, successfully hosted the AICS
Inter-School Udupi & Dakshina Kannada District Handball
Tournament with great enthusiasm and sportsmanship.
The event began at 9:00 a.m. with an inaugural ceremony.
The teachers' choir group led the gathering in prayer,
setting a solemn and harmonious tone for the event.
The inauguration program was skillfully compered by Ms.
Namratha . Rev Fr Dominic Sunil Lobo, Principal welcomed
the dignitaries, and Mr. Seetharama Gowda, President of
the Udupi District Handball Association, inaugurated the
tournament, emphasizing the importance of sports in
fostering discipline and teamwork.
Thirteen schools from Udupi and Dakshina Kannada
districts displayed exceptional talent.
During the valedictory function, Ms Magdelina Lewis
Academic Cordinator announced the winners, while Mr.
Vincent D’Costa, Principal of Sharada Residential
School, Udupi, who was the chief guest of the function,
encouraged players to strive for excellence in both
sports and academics. Valedictory programme was compered
by Ms .Benita.
The event concluded with an award distribution ceremony
celebrating team and individual achievements. Trinity
Central School extended its heartfelt gratitude to all
participants, staff, and supporters for ensuring the
event's grand success.
