Tribute to Truth Gandhi Jayanti Observed with Grace and Grandeur at Trinity

The observance commenced with a solemn floral tribute. Principal Rev. Fr. Dominic Sunil Lobo, Vice Principal Rev. Fr. Amar Antony Lobo, Academic Coordinator Ms. Magdelina Lewis, Pre-Primary Section Head Ms. Renita Monteiro, Primary Section Head Ms. Poornima Devadiga, Subject Heads Ms. Shruthi D'Souza and Ms. Archana Shetty offered flowers to the portrait of Mahatma Gandhi, paying homage to the soul that led a nation with moral courage.

The programme was skilfully compered by Prithvi Kundar and Janvi of Grade 10 A, whose confident articulation and seamless coordination lent elegance to the celebration. Thought-provoking ideals came alive when Rachna of Grade 8 A, presented inspirational *quotes of Mahatma Gandhi*, each utterance reminding everyone of simplicity, honesty and resilience. Kreezma of Grade 8 C delivered an eloquent speech, illuminating Gandhiji's philosophy, his sacrifices and his undying relevance in today's world, leaving the audience inspired and introspective.

A wave of emotion swept across the gathering as Shreshta of Grade 4A recited a soulful Hindi Shayari, weaving Bapu's principles into verses that resonated deeply with young hearts. The celebration reached a melodious crescendo with a soulful presentation by our Choir Team guided by Prince Sir, whose harmony echoed unity, peace and brotherhood - values Gandhi lived for.

The highlight of the programme was the insightful guest address by Vice Principal Rev. Fr. Amar Antony Lobo, who eloquently reflected upon Gandhian virtues, urging students to embrace truth as strength and compassion as character, and to become torchbearers of change.

More than a commemoration, the day was a reminder that greatness lies in humility, leadership in service, and power in non-violence. May the ideals of the Mahatma continue to guide our Trinity family towards righteousness.
